Oxbow Properties Information

Oxbow Marina is a unique community of 95 individually owned waterfront properties (fee simple title to the land).  Each lot, though varying in size due to the curvature of the Georgiana Slough, is approximately 50 X 100 feet wide.

There are no homeowners association or common area maintenance fees. Oxbow Marina owns and maintains the street, parking lots and green belt areas at no cost to the homeowner.

The Marina offers residents access to the Oxbow Clubhouse swimming pool and launch ramp for a small annual fee.  The Ox Bow Yacht Club maintains the clubhouse and has memberships available for yachtsmen, by application.

Utilities:

·  Oxbow Utility Company bills the homeowners semi annually for water    

·  PG&E provides electric service  - no natural gas service is available.

·  Local telephone service is provided by Frontier Communications.
